At our April meeting, we discussed
moving tables and chairs from the
Ballroom into the Conference Room
when it becomes available. This would
provide additional seating in the Bistro
dining area when it's crowded. Tables and
chairs in the Bistro dining area are not to
be taken into the Conference Room.
Just a reminder to homeowners:
Smitty makes deliveries free. Food
ordered is not free. Just call (951) 769-
0717.
Now that the pool is open, homeowners
using the pool area are reminded that
Smitty is NOT responsible for picking up
or cleaning this area. Please police your
table area. Pick up and throw away cans
and trash in the trash containers.
Again ,we are asking all homeowners
and guests not to sit on the upholstered
chairs after coming in from the pool.
Even sitting on a towel will not keep the
chair dry. Please do not sit on the Bistro
chairs if you are wet.
Our next meeting is June 23 at 11
am in the Lodge Conference Room. All
homeowners are invited to attend. ~

Bistro Committee
The Safety and Facilities Committee met at the Lodge on 5
May 2015. Many items were covered in the meeting.
Safety items are of interest. There are the stop signs in the
community. These have been added for traffic safety. It should
be noted that the posted stop sign itself is where one stops their
vehicle.
We all have observed excessive speed within the traffic
circles. In addition, there are those that try and speed into the
traffic circle ahead of the yield signs – nearly causing traffic
collisions.
There have been a number of incidents occurring at the
front entry gate. The overhead entryway has been damaged a
number of times – four times in one day!
