EPAP ANIMAL RESCUE
On June 18, we will have another microchipping
and license event by Beaumont Animal Control. It
will be at the Main Clubhouse parking lot at the
northwest corner on the grass. Thank you for all
your support and Happy Father's Day!
On April 25, we were invited by Mayor Debbie Franklin to participate
in the Banning Disaster Survival Expo where we sold our Buddy Biscuits.

Spring is here and relaxing is on everyone's mind but please
remember not to relax on compliance with the Association Rules
and Regulations. The highest reported violation of the Associations
Rules currently is overnight parking of resident vehicles in driveways.
Article V, Section 5.01, 4a. states: "a. No resident may obtain an
overnight pass for more than six calendar days, whether consecutive
or non-consecutive. After the sixth day, the resident may not obtain
another overnight pass, for any registered vehicle, for a minimum of
60 days, without prior written approval by the Board of Directors."
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and should you
have any questions please contact the Planning and Compliance
Department for assistance at 769-6647. ~ Heather Killian CCAM,
Planning and Compliance Manager
