4 | sun lakes lIfestyles | July 2015 | CommunIty news For the month of July, we are finishing up the transponder exchange with Districts 21, 22, 23 as well as anyone else who has not been able to attend. After July 31, please go inside the Administration Office to exchange your transponder. Please keep in mind that both the new and old vehicle access devices (transponders) will work on the new system. The old transponders will be deactivated on December 31, 2015, so please ensure that you have switched your old device before that time. If, at any time, you have problems with the new or old transponder, please contact the administration receptionist at 769-6649. Please bring your Resident Information Form with you (filled out completely) when you come to exchange your old transponder for the new Sirit Headlamp Tag on your assigned month (see below). If you have lost your form, we will have extra forms available. The transponder exchange will be completed at the Administration office parking lot, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 pm. For residents who are working and not able to make this time frame, please call the administration office to schedule an appointment. Also, if this time frame does not work for you, please come by anytime when the transponder exchange is open.
