FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2015 21 At our May meeting, the financial statements for April were reviewed and reflected the following significant items: Net Income Year-to-Date was $4,725 and total reserves were $4,755,400. The Accounts Receivable (delinquencies) was $49,736. Our total HOA expenses for April (excluding reserve allocations) were $234,380. This was under budget by $39,854. The Front Yard Cost Center expenses for April were under the monthly budget by $1,459. The Springdale Cost Center Expenses for April 2015 were over the monthly budget by $992. A report on the telephone tagging project was tabled until the June meeting. It was noted that the Springdale painting reserve is in a negative balance and a recommendation was made to the board that no action be taken as it will be back positive by the end of December. There were nine CD renewals reviewed and recommendations forwarded to the board. There were six vendor proposals presented and recommendations forwarded to the board. A report on the accounts receivable given by Wayne Staples indicated that it had been a good month with a decrease in past due receivables of about $3,000. We reviewed a list of all current contracts and noted that the motion picture license contract will be renewed in June at a slight increase from its current $1,225 yearly amount. Our next meeting is July 28, at 1 pm in the Lodge Conference Room. ~ Noel Myers Finance Committee At our May meeting, we welcomed our new Board Liaison, Jean Sandoval. The repairs and/or modifications to the Bistro are on time and on schedule. We discussed the "New Homeowners Dessert Meet and Greet Orientation" held in June. We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 11 am, in the Lodge Conference Room.
