Life Guide Bible Study
In the middle of May we completed our study of compassion,
and finished an interesting anonymous project in that regard.
At the project's completion, we could all see the truly Christ-like
compassion the amazing women in this group possess. After
that series, we began a three-week discussion on the difference
between choices and decisions, the seven steps to making a
decision, and what the Bible advises about making decisions.
It's amazing how many of these wonderful women take on
the monthly challenges to memorize Bible verses. (Of course
there are prize incentives, which make the challenges more
attainable.)
In June we began our study of "A Godly Woman is Happy/
Joyful." We discovered that the Bible references the words
happy and happiness only 30 times, but the words joy, joyful,
and rejoice 300 times. After our study, we learned the Biblical
differences between being happy and having joy, and what the
Lord wants for us. It was an enlightening experience, and we all
learned a lot from each other and from the word of God.
We have been truly blessed to have 50 beautiful women
attend the "Believe…" Bible Study. If you are interested in
studying the word with these amazing women of God, please
consider joining us every Friday morning from 10:30 to 11:30
am in the first section of the Ballroom. What is our projected
growth you might ask? That's entirely up to Him. We would
