Well… here we are just halfway through 2015. Who
thought we would make it with so few major obstacles? Our
monthly inspections have uncovered many issues that have
been resolved with minimal interruption. We have also
been blessed by residents that report issues that may need
attention. We encourage these inputs and will react quickly
to resolve them. When taking action we constantly apply our
basic rule — "the most good for the most residents."
Current projects in work are: LED Street Lighting (only
street lights that belong to the Association), Polymer Soil
Testing, Large Rectangular Tables for special events, Street
Seal Coating Project, Re-seal Garden Stamped Concrete,
Front of Lodge Paver Repair, Pool Cushion Replacement (as
needed), Lodge WiFi Upgrade/Replacement, Lodge Furniture
Touch-up, Red Curb Re-painting, Horse Shoe Pit Relocation,
Bolard Light Replacement in the Legends Area, Storage Area
Rearrangement and Lodge and SPA Buildings LED Light
Replacement. This is only a partial list. It may sound like a lot
work and cost, but this is what is needed to maintain a quality
lifestyle here at Four Seasons.
