| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | July 2015 | 8 Many of our residents and guests gathered in the Lodge Ballroom the evening of May 17 for La Dolce Vita. The event was hosted by Marilyn Fields, chair and her committee members Dena Cohen, Diane Corte, Char Kopp, Rosemary Luscombe, Donna McLaughlin, Marilyn Rhyne and Char Weakley. Many of their husbands assisted in decorating the Ballroom in red, green and white Italian flag theme. We all enjoyed the delicious Italian dinner that Francisco prepared for us. The ever popular local singer, Jesse Torres delighted us with his beautiful renditions. And, he surprised us mid-evening with the arrival of a singing partner, Andrew. The duo performed for the remainder of the night. Everyone had a great time as evidenced in the photos above. We are so fortunate to live here in beautiful Four Seasons Hemet where we truly do enjoy "The Sweet Life." What an enjoyable evening we had with the entertainment from Tony Suraci, the Highwayman, and his band. The music was awesome and you would think Willie, Johnny, Walon and Kris were all there in person. They also brought perfect weather… no rain! It was an evening of sharing a great time with neighbors, family and friends. I would like to thank all who attended, and for your patience while waiting to enter the courtyard. There was, of course, line dancing and even a few people doing the "wave" and lots of "woos," from the crowd, in appreciation for the band's performance. This event would not have been possible without my committee: Barb Rago, Carole and Richard Barber, Royce Jerman, Judy Capps, Millie Galles and Beverly Rockvam and our wonderful staff. Because of their combined help, the event was a huge success. See you all next year… who will it be? la Dolce Vita The Highwayman Concert A Huge Success
