If you have not had the chance to exchange your old transponder for the new Sirit Headlamp Tag, then please go inside the administration office to complete your exchange. Please bring your new Resident Information Form with you (filled out completely). If you have lost your form, we will have extra forms available. Please keep in mind that both the new and old vehicle access devices (transponders) will work on the new system. The old transponders will be deactivated on Dec. 31, 2015, so please ensure that you have switched your old device before that time. If, at any time, you have problems with the new or old transponder, please contact the administration receptionist at 769-6649. 2015 Transponder Exchange When our community was developed, the developer filed with the state a series of documents designed to spell out the duties of our association, and the responsibilities of the owners. Those documents are often referred to as the governing documents and are made up of the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, and the CC&Rs. The CC&Rs dictate the powers and duties of the corporation and regulate the physical characteristics of our development. In order to close escrow on your home, you signed a series of papers, one of which stated that you had read the CC&R's and agree to abide by them. Often we view our CC&R's negatively, but by doing so we miss the real beauty of their purpose. The CC&R's provide a structural framework to help residents of different backgrounds, ideals, and perceptions to live together in harmony so that the community and our property values benefit. ~ Heather Killian CCAM, Planning and Compliance Manager The Operations Department has received several calls from residents, requesting information on how to purchase replacement parts for faded and worn-out address lights and plates. Homeowners have reported that they've had difficulties finding replacement parts for their existing address lights and plates, from local vendors and retail stores. Homeowners have the option of replacing their existing address lights, with a different fixture if they choose, as long as it's similar to the original design. The original lights were purchased and installed by the builder, from Tollmark Lighting Co. The Operation's Department has contacted the vendor as a courtesy to our residents, to help solve this problem if you choose to stay with the original address light fixture. We've contacted a sales representative from Tollmark to acquire ordering information. Listed below is the contact information to place an order and, the website to view available products. Mr. Gil Silos, the Account Manager for Tollmark, is available to help with any questions regarding your specific needs. Contact them at 800-477- 7723 or gsilos@luminance.us.com or visit their website at www. luminance.us.com. Please feel free to visit the administration office to pick up ordering forms or for additional information. ~ Mark Schleiden, Director of Operation What are CC&Rs? help for your faded address lights & address Plates Districts 21, 22 and 23 cordially invite you to the Mystique of Fashion, a fashion show and luncheon.
