Life Guide Bible Study
What an amazing group of women in "Believe…" Women's
Bible Study. Many friendships have developed, love and
understanding are freely given and received, and God is listening
to and is aware of this beautiful group of prayer warriors.
In July we began a discussion on the topic "A Godly Woman
is Dependable." At the outset, many of the ladies participated
and shared their experiences with people who are and are
not dependable in their lives. We learned that the greatest
"ability" is dependability, what this means as we interact with
family, friends and neighbors, and the importance God places
on this attribute. We determined that being dependable is
synonymous with trust, and trust is of paramount importance
in our lives. In the final lesson on dependability we discussed
several instances in the Bible relating to people on whom God
depended; how we can be women that God depends on as well;
and how we as Godly women depend on our God.
In mid-July we began several lessons on being organized: how
we use our time wisely, how we prioritize, and organizational
skills we have developed for the home and everyday living. In
August we will begin a study of loyalty: what constitutes loyalty,
how we exhibit loyalty, and what the Bible has to say about it.
Beginning with just six members, our group now totals 55,
and we are so thrilled! Each new woman is warmly welcomed,
regardless of religious affiliation, or prior Biblical knowledge. If
you are interested in becoming a member of a group of amazing,
Christian women, come to the first section of the Ballroom any
Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. This is a non-denominational
study, any Bible translation is acceptable, and all Four Seasons
