That's orange juice, lime juice, brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, cumin, black pepper, ground red pepper, and garlic. Set aside. 2. Arrange fish in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray. 3. Pour liquid over fish and let stand for 15 minutes. Pick the fish up to get some marinade on the bottom. 4. Preheat broiler. 5. Sprinkle fish with paprika; broil 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
