There was standing room only at the Yucaipa Golf Pavilion on Aug. 6 with an invocation by Pastor Don Hinkle of Life Spring Church. Leading the group in the flag salute was Police Chief Tony Onodera. Mayor Denise Hoyt gave opening comments followed by featured speaker Senator Mike Morrell. Morrell spoke on several interesting topics ranging from welfare, sanctuary cities and the multiple events he hosts honoring area businesses and citizens. Mike Morrell's field rep David Matza holds office hours at the chamber on the third Tuesday of the month should you have any questions or concerns to share with the senator. Appointments are not necessary. Good Morning Yucaipa Attendance Best Ever Join us for the next Good Morning Yucaipa The next Good Morning Yucaipa's topic will be all about water with speakers Joe Zoba from the Yucaipa Valley Water District and John Covington who is on the board of directors for several water boards.
