We've got plenty of festive fun in store for you this fall, starting with our H.O.A. garage sale on Saturday, Oct. 3 from 8 am to 2 pm. Maps will be available at three separate locations: the entrance gate at Potrero, the Lodge and the Summit. Come on out and find some awesome treasures! Next, be ready for a live radio show performed in the Lodge Ballroom by PAC and the WFSB Radio crew. If you love nostalgic live radio, you'll love this show. The sequels being performed will be from another thrilling adventure of the "Lone Ranger" and a charming edition of "My Friend Irma." There is no cost to attend and you're welcome to bring your dinner in while you watch the show. Showtime is 6 pm. Halloween is pretty scary and suspenseful when the social committee and Fear Seasons presents, the "Ghosts, Goblins and Gargoyles Gala" in the Lodge at 5 pm on Oct. 31. There will be music, costume competition, delicious dinner and prizes. If you'd like to try your hand at pumpkin carving for the pumpkin carving competition, then come to the Lodge desk Wednesday, Oct. 28 and ask for a pumpkin. The pumpkins then need to be returned on Friday, Oct. 30 so they can be placed on the tables as centerpieces before the judging. Thank you for participating. Tickets for all of this fun are only $20 each and are available at the Lodge desk until Saturday, Oct. 24. Please note that we can't be responsible for tickets being sold out too soon or for the parking lot being too congested with brooms on the night of the event. Here's another special treat you'll definitely be interested in. If you were here in the community when the super popular musical play called "Gramma Mia" was performed a few years ago, then you are very aware of the writing talent and directing of Eileen Gilbert. Eileen has done it again, and has created another original Four Seasons play, called "Seasons." This free play will be performed on both Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Lodge at 7 pm. There will be tickets available at the Lodge front desk to reserve your preferred show night starting Saturday, Oct. 10. I'll see you there!
