Bistro Committee
Architectural review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is vested with the
responsibility to review, and approve, or disapprove, all yard and
house exterior work on owners' property. ARC does not seek to
restrict individual creativity or personal preference, but rather
ensure continuity in design, which will help preserve and improve
the appearance of the community.
Guidelines for submission of work applications are given in the
CC&R's, part 4, Architectural Guidelines and Standards.
We have an opening on our committee. Anyone who is
interested in joining or seeing the committee at work, please come
to the next meeting. We meet on the first and third Wednesday of
the month at 9 am in the RCN. ~ Carl Buschmann
At our August meeting, we discussed the following: the rollers
were replaced in the air conditioner/swamp cooler. Management
is checking into enlarging the air return to the kitchen.
The kitchen drains were power washed in July. The drains
backed up during the PG-55 Twisted Cabaret Show. It seems that
the drain and the interceptor are in the rose garden, which in
time has settled lower than the large main drain. Management is
looking into this.
The committee asked to have a new suggestion box placed in
the Bistro area so diners can make comments about their dining
experience.
The Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month
at 11 am, in the Lodge Conference Room. All homeowners are
invited to attend. ~ Bill Taylor
