We meet the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in
the Craft Room at the Lodge. Our next meeting will be Oct.
20. Visitors are always welcome. We invite all photographers,
regardless of skill level, to join us for our regular meetings and
field trips. Members are always eager to help and teach.
For the September meeting, the assignment consisted of two
options: a. feet b. something mysterious. As you can imagine,
we had some really creative presentations by the members.
As mentioned in the last couple of Breeze issues, we will
continue to present our monthly pictures using a projector and
screen instead of printed photographs.
Our club has introduced additional topics to our meetings
with various members giving presentations on a subject they
know and/or use, e.g. photography topic, software, hardware,
etc. Camera club member Ken Skeeters recently did a
PowerPoint presentation on "Discovering Your Photographic
Style" authored by photographer Alister Benn.
We hope to see you at one of our meetings soon. Come and
learn how to get those great shots, especially with the holidays
starting next month. Yikes, I thought it was just summer! ~
