The seasons are changing and fall is upon us. The "Seasons" play is also upon us. The production was written by a Four Seasons resident (Eileen Gilbert) and is being performed by Four Seasons residents (except for one). Don't miss this opportunity! Tickets for both the Friday, Nov. 6 showing and the Saturday, Nov. 7 showing are available at the Lodge front desk while these tickets (at no cost) last. Show time is 7 pm for both days. Tuesday, Nov. 11 is Veterans Day. It's one of our community's opportunities to take a minute and thank our veterans for their contribution to our country as well as to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. The Lodge will be holding a wonderful display designed and curated by Veteran Jerry SanFillipo, from 7 am to 9 pm that day. Please come join us at 7 pm in the Lodge Ballroom as we present our informative and musical Veteran's Day program. A well-known Four Seasons Veteran will be sharing with us the fascinating history of the Purple Heart and the Inland Empire Chorus will be immersing us with beautiful patriotic harmonies. Refreshments will be served afterward. All are welcome. If you love piano music then come on down to the Lodge on Friday night, Nov. 20 at 5:30 pm as we gather 'round the Baby- Grand for some informal singing fun. Resident Sally White will be leading us in the Lodge "Piano Lounge" (lobby). Have dinner if you like; bring your favorite beverage and your vocal chords. You don't have to have a perfect voice, just a willingness to chime in and sing along! See you there! I know Thanksgiving is right around the corner, but I want to remind you about our big Holiday Extravaganza at the Lodge on Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday, Dec. 5 at 6:30 pm. The big Christmas tree will be lit and there will be a family holiday show with refreshments. The shows start at 6:30 pm. Be aware that there will only be 350 tickets given out for each night, so be sure to get your preferred evening's tickets as soon as possible. You can pick up your tickets at the desk, starting Monday, Nov. 30. At Thanksgiving time I count my blessings and you all are at the top of my blessing list. Thank you for the project partnership, the encouragement, the hugs and just for being you. If I had a magic wand to bring about a truly meaningful and terrific job, this would be it. Thank you for the privilege and have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. 16 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2015 NOVEMBER 6 & 7 The "Seasons" Play 11 Veterans Day 20 Friday Night Concert DECEMBER 4 & 5 Holiday Extravaganza 8 Magic Party Show 11 Ballroom Dance Event 12 AACC Formal Event 12 Holiday Home Tour 17 Wine Club Banquet 31 SC New Year's Eve Party Activities Director Corner By Cindy Graves, Activities Director CALENDAR FOR 2015
