It's been a great year of making memories with you all in 2015. It's hard to believe that it's nearly over… but not quite! We still have our fabulous Holiday Extravaganza event on Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday, Dec. 5 at 6:30 pm. This is going to be a "Holiday of Lights" themed event with neat and inspiring holiday stories, a beautiful holiday choral presentation and yummy desserts at the conclusion of the program. You'll need to come to the Lodge desk and ask for free tickets to your preferred evening's showing. There will only be 350 tickets available for each night's show. It's a wonderful show to share with your grandkids or guests who are welcome to join you. Ok, now this show you cannot miss if you like comedy and magic! Thank you Magic Castle, for our showcased Magician, "Chazz." If you have been to the last several holiday magic shows in the Ballroom, then you already know what great caliber of magicians we have and how incredibly entertaining they are! This is an awesome chance to see a fabulous magic show for free! The date is Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7 pm. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to check out the social committee article to hear about the description of the upcoming Arabian Nights New Year's Eve party. I can't wait for this one! We went down to the LA Fabric Mart earlier this year and bought bolts of the most beautiful fabric to transform the Ballroom! I even bought sparkly fabric to make my own costume theme gown. Look out, I may even work at some belly dancing routines just in case the opportunity arises. This party is going to be a blast and I hope you're there with us! May all of your holiday parties here in Four Seasons be a wonderful success and may you and your loved ones have the happiest Christmas, Channukah and Kwanza ever! I'm looking forward to a great 2016 and all the fun we'll have together! See you at the Lodge. 16 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2015 Activities Director Corner By Cindy Graves, Activities Director 2015 PHOTO ALBUM ON THE WEBSITE NOW! www.fourseasonsatbeaumont.com If you are great at finding the less obvious things in life, you will be the perfect person to find the Social Committee sponsored Lodge Christmas Tree "Hidden Ornaments!" The first person who can find the well hidden ornaments (pictured above) will win a $10 Bistro gift certificate. All you have to do is locate the ornaments, take the ornaments off of the tree and give them to the Lodge Attendant at the desk. Give them your name and telephone number so we can call you back to present you with your prize. What a fun tradition! Happy hunting. ~ Cindy Graves The Treasure of the Secret Ornaments I want to thank, on behalf of the whole Four Seasons community, Martha and Steve Bennoff, our Lodge librarians, who have worked so hard over the last several years to keep the Lodge Library lovely, organized and a peaceful place to visit and read. The hours they have put in have been many and I know everyone who uses our Library is grateful for their efforts. The Bennoffs are stepping down, so if you love books and have ever had experience with keeping a library, or would be interested in learning how to, we'd love to talk to you. Please contact Cindy Graves at the Lodge if you are interested. ~ Cindy Graves Library Help Needed
