If there are not enough people enrolled, a class will be canceled. If you register at least a week early, we'll be able to save classes that appear to have not met the minimum enrollment. In most cases, we'll also be able to add classes if we exceed the maximum enrollment provided a wait list has been established prior to the first class meeting. Class fees are determined by the number of participants enrolled in each class. For current fees, please contact the class instructor. Due to the number of participants, the class fee may be increased slightly or the class may be canceled. Use Moderation When Cheating On Your Diet: Allow yourself to indulge a little here and there, but limit your portions. Do Something Active Each Day: Try to get out and move for at least 30 minutes. Limit Alcohol Consumption: you are better off eating an extra cookie than consuming numerous cocktails. Drink Plenty Of Water: Many times we overeat because we are dehydrated and thirsty. Water gives you a sense of fullness so if properly hydrated you will be consuming less food. Eat Regularly Scheduled Meals: If you skip meals in preparation for a family gathering or a holiday party, you are setting yourself up for disaster. ~ Jason Ewals FROM THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT
