support for a healthier lifestyle in 2016. The Apples, Pears and
Hourglasses Team is all about Lifestyle Changes.
We cover many areas of health concerns only one of which is
weight loss. Our main focus is support for each other's efforts.
We meet every Wednesday at 9AM in the Multipurpose Room.

Women In Touch (WIT)
As many of you know, there is a very special group of ladies here
in the community who have bonded together to form the WIT Team.
This group of ladies all share a common bond… the loss of the love of
their life.
This group of ladies meets the first Monday of every month in the
Bistro at 5 pm for dinner and lively conversation. After dinner, for
those that are interested, we adjourn to the Craft Room for a couple of
games of "nickels"… a fun, easy and fast moving game with a jackpot
of nickels!
This is your invitation to come join us and be a part of the WIT
