The Annual Membership Meeting is
just a couple of months away!
The meeting is tentatively set for
Wed., April 27 in which there will be
voting for the election of four directors.
In next month's billing you will
receive a notice of election and call for
candidates and a Request for Candidates Statement (resume). For
any owners in good standing who are interested in serving on the
Board of Directors, please fill out the resume and return it by the
deadline indicated on the form. Please take note that serving on the
board is a serious commitment. The terms Board Members serve are
for two years. Whether or not you want to volunteer to serve on the
Board of Directors, please exercise your rights as an owner and vote.
FRONT AND SIDE YARD MAINTENANCE It's that time of the
year to send a friendly reminder to all owners and those who have
side yards. Last month, we experienced some heavy rains and we
might be getting more, which means that the plants and shrubs will
really grow this spring. Please take a look at those areas and perform
any needed maintenance, such as trimming shrubs back off of the
sidewalk, weed removal, dead limb/plant replacement, etc. This will
help keep up the neighborhood. We appreciate your help in advance.
Speaking of landscaping maintenance, we would like to welcome
the folks from Artistic Maintenance, who began maintaining the
association grounds on Jan. 11. As with all things, it will take the
crews a little time to get to know the plants, trees and shrubs in
relation to their environment within the common area and the
Legends. So with that said, if you have any concerns, positive
comments or suggestions regarding the common area landscaping,
please follow the procedures already in place by filling out a resident
communication form. This will allow us to respond to you and to
track the concern from start to finish.
