Rules & Regulations Committee
We need a new name for the old sales office. It has been called the
Sales Office, Rec Center North, the Annex, the 1528 Building and the
Old Sales Office, but none of the names have stuck.
It now houses the FirstService Residential administrative offices,
the Board conference room, the Computer Room, a bunch of meeting
and activities rooms and the ham radio facilities for the Emergency
Preparedness Committee.
The last time we asked for suggestions for a name, only one
suggestion was submitted. We need more.
You can become famous as the author of a name that will live as
long as Four Seasons.
And the winner will receive free, life-time access to the building.
(So will all the other residents, but don't tell the winner.)
Mail in your entry or drop it off at the Lodge desk or the
administrative office or email it to General Manager Jeri Mupo at

Architectural review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing
and approving any exterior improvements or modifications to the
homeowner's property.
All exterior improvements or modifications must adhere to the
architectural guidelines. The guidelines are on the HOA website, and
can also be obtained at the Lodge front desk.
Homeowners may attend an ARC meeting or contact an ARC
member to address any concerns or questions they may have about
the guidelines.
Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Wednesday of each
month at 9 am in the Board Conference Room. Homeowners are
