FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2016 39 Spring showers you with lots of entertainment this year! Hopefully, you've received your Breeze early enough for me to remind you that you should be going to Imagine! A Trip Through The 60s! on April 1. It's a variety/comedy show filled with enough skits and talent to keep you smiling throughout the entire performance. Don't forget the throwback to the 60s, a decade we all lived through. This show will bring back memories, some even you may have long forgotten about. So grab a dinner a Smitty's or bring your own, including your drink of choice, and join us. Sneak Peek: Love and Marriage, a comedy about the institution of marriage, was written by Michael Rothberg, a Four Seasons resident. The show will consist of several comedic one to three minute skits. Performance date is Oct. 21. Secret: Our choir has been getting together secretly to rehearse for the past several weeks. We have never started this early for Fourth of July, so that's not it. Have you figured it out? Yes, we're singing in the variety show. Do you know what that means? The choir is going to sound incredible for July Fourth! It's always a big party atmosphere in the Ballroom with food, prizes, great singing and national honor. It's never too early to circle the date for what's going to be a great time. At every performance, in the back of the room, we have a contribution box. To those of you who have contributed in the past, I would like to say thank you on behalf of the club. If you have the ability to either continue or to start contributing, we truly appreciate you. We are trying to make our productions more elaborate for your viewing enjoyment with costumes, props, and backdrops. We don't charge for our shows, ever. If you are interested in joining or being a part of the Performing Arts Club, we are always accepting new members: actors, writers, sound effects, crew, and sound crew. You don't have to attend meetings unless you want to, to be a part of this wonderful and magical group. If you have any questions, please email terimk@verizon.net or call (951) 992-9156. ~ Teri Meyers-Kelman Performing Arts Club
