Facilities Committee
Efforts of the committee can now be seen in the Lodge parking
lot with the addition of eight new handicap parking spaces. The
BBQ area remodel ran into a delay when nine blocks of concrete
were discovered under the existing slab. Removal of the concrete
has pushed out the completion date one to two weeks. Bids have
been requested for the replacement of our pool area shade cover
at the northwest corner that has succumbed to age. The goal is
to have it completed by the start of our busy pool season. The
Facilities Committee inspects our common facilities on an annual
basis through monthly inspection. However, we are assisted in
those efforts by all of you in our community, and any concerns
can be written up at the Lodge front desk. The committee meets
on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9 am to 11-
12 noon. There is currently a vacancy on the committee and if
you are interested, please apply at the Lodge front desk.
Financial Report
Financials for February 2016: The total assests balance is
$5,253,302.80. Total liabilities at this time are $139,124.28.
The reserves at this time are $3,920,503.30. The total equity of
$1,193,675.22 is a surplus balance.
