25 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | April 2016 | "Walk-Fit" Exercise Club We are indoor now! We play Tuesday evenings beginning at 6 pm. We have plenty of room, targets, and darts. Great social activity for ladies and gents. Light- hearted play or high level competition, come and join us. BYOB but we do have tables and chairs now. Darts Horseshoes The new courts are approved and the ground broken! By the end of March we had three courts with plenty of room for throwing without waiting for permission. We want everyone back for some fun, great exercise, and to be around wonderful people. Beginners and old pros, we can do it. Saturday mornings at 8:30 am and as the weather gets warmer we can start earlier if needed. Walking is the number one exercise and walking is what we do – all in the comfort of the Lodge Ballroom. Rain or shine you will see a group of happy walkers burning calories and building strength. Please try the class. There is no obligation for trying and you may be surprised at what the class entails. The Walk Fit Exercise Club offers you 180 minutes a week of easy- to-follow, low impact aerobic activity. You can tailor the class to your own needs and schedule. The full one hour class (three times a week) is a 4 mile walk, but you can join us for as much as will work for you. You can leave early or arrive later to shorten your walk. If you can only be there one or two days a week, that's okay too. New members are always welcome, both men and women. We meet Mon,. Wed. and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am in the Lodge Ballroom (for the full hour). We are free. For more information contact: Karen Tuvim (951) 599-4236 or Kay Masonbrink (951) 223-3047. Mondays at 5:30 pm. We play 9-Ball. Tuesdays in the morning is competitive team play. Wednesday at 3 pm is 8-Ball and it is competitive and a lot of fun. Thursdays at 6 pm is for new players. If you would like to play, just show up. Billiards
