ASSESSMENT FEES Assessment
Fees increased effective April 1, 2016. The Annual
Budget Report and Annual Policy Statement was mailed
to all homeowners the first part of March. Be sure to
check what the new amount is.
BILLING STATEMENTS Billing Statements from
Associa PCM, our current management company, will
be sent to all homeowners for the months of April and
May. No coupon books will be mailed out. Keystone
Pacific, the new management company, will also provide
monthly billing statements beginning in June.
TRANSPONDERS Effective April 1, 2016, each new
transponder will cost $20.
MOVING? If you are moving either out of or within
OHCC, please complete the Moving Form (available
in this publication) and bring it to the HOA Office. It
is mandatory, and in your best interest, that the HOA
maintain current records of our residents - for example,
vehicle information including decals and transponders.
It also makes a difference when you authorize visitors
and guests to come to your home. If you have had ANY
changes in your status, please contact the HOA office.
STREET SWEEPING Street Sweeping is done on the
first Tuesday of every month. Be sure your cars are off
the street by 8 am.
