On Feb. 13, North/South First Place Winners were Dolores Neilsen and Juanita Petter with 53.81%. East/West First Place Winners were Gina Stier and Lauretta Hartzell with 60.55 percent. On Feb. 26, North/South First Place Winners were Witold Modlinski and Mary Lou Buer with 61.90%. East/West First Place Winners were Jeanne Marks and Judy Ware with 58.68 percent. Congratulations layers! If you enjoy Duplicate Bridge, please join us on the second and fourth Fridays of the month. If there is a fifth Friday we play on that day too. The games are not ACBL sponsored. Resident Dan Neilson directs our games in Abravanel Hall. Membership dues are $6. Play starts at 11:30 am but ask that you sign in at 11:15 am. All you need is an intermediate or above bridge skill level to join us. No partner is necessary — there will be one available when you arrive. Remember, this is NOT a ladies club, men are very welcome! Play each week for only a $1 and, if you win, there are cash prizes. It is a great opportunity to challenge your skills by playing with new and different partners. You will get a new partner after each round. Sign-up begins at 11:15 am and play begins at 11:30 am in Abravanel Hall. Refreshments are served every week and the first Friday of each month is "sandwich day." All intermediate bridge players are welcome (no one is sent home). You'll need a partner; and one can sometimes be found if you don't have one. At $1 per night per player, it's a bargain!
