Our trip in early March was a great time for all! We had exciting
weather of rain, thunder and lightning the first day, then sunny the
rest of the week. We enjoyed wine tasting, shopping and lunch in
Old Town, a lunch buffet followed by a stage production of Fiddler
on the Roof at Lawrence Welks Resort, and a couple of breakfasts and
happy hours at Pechanga Golf Club. We went to a fantastic Italian
restaurant, Italia Gourmet, for a true Italian experience. Our March
meeting was held at Tim and Jane's. There will be no meeting in June.
Our next meeting will be May 12, at 6 pm at the Lodge with dinner
before at Smitty's if you wish. For May 2 through 7, a great trip is
planned to Paso Robles for the Wine Festival, hosted by Dianne and
Larry Anderson. San Clemente is set for Oct. 9 to14; Pahrump and
Death Valley trip will be in early November. If you wish to join us,
