Facilities Committee
Welcome to May! Your Facilities Committee has worked
diligently to ensure that our Four Seasons looks great and is a
wonderful place to live. As you may have read in the April Herald,
we have many large and small projects in the works or awaiting
bids.
The facility and common areas are inspected every month.
The committee evaluates all suggestions from residents and
management. We do this out of the desire to maintain the integrity,
beauty, and sustainability of our Four Seasons community in a
manner that is both cost effective and cost justified.
Construction on the new barbecue and picnic areas should be
completed by the first week of May. The pool shade structure has
been repaired. The sport court resurfacing and new lighting for
Bocce and Shuffleboard areas is under review.
If you are aware of any maintenance issues that need attention,
please fill out a Resident Communication Form. These are
available at the Lodge Front Desk.
Financial Report
Financials for March 2016. The total assets balance is $5,143,454.21.
Total liabilities at this time are $156,753.22. The reserves at this time
are $3,816,218.17. The total equity of $1,170,482.82 is a surplus
balance.
