Valerie Hall Watters passed to our Lord March 10, 2016 in Studio City, CA, where she had been living
the past two years with her daughter. She was 102 plus years young and still had that dazzling smile, was a little

After retiring from dancing she became a stand-in in movies and TV for actresses Ella Raines, Joanne Dru and
25 years for Anne Bancroft. She also stood in for Nancy Davis, who became Mrs. Ronald Reagan. In 1989, Valerie
reconnected with her old beau, Raymond Watters from their days in the movie studios in the 50s. Ray and Val
married New Years Eve 1989 and began sharing their life between her home in Studio City and his is Port Angeles,
Washington and touring in their motorhome. They settled in Sun Lakes in Feb, 2000 and quickly became active
residents. The Watters were early members of the Friendship Club and skilled players in the Bocce league. Ray
