Our next dinner meeting is Fri., June 16 at 6 pm in the NORTH Clubhouse
(June only). Dust off your old bikini and bring your ukulele as we are having
a beach party! For June only we are having our meeting in the NORTH
Clubhouse. Johnny Russo is bringing several kinds of pizza, his wonderful
salad and of course, a yummy dessert. Tin Man's Heart, Lee and Michael
Stone, will be singing. This is a show you don't want to miss! All this for
only $14. You may come as a guest one time only, before joining the club.
Membership is $15. Guests living outside of Sun Lakes who are friends of a
resident are welcome at $16 pp. Make checks payable to Social Singles and
drop your checks off at Betty McMillion's home, 5549 Pinehurst Dr., 769-
6636. Those that want to sit together should put their checks in one envelope.
Reservations and cancellations must be in the FRIDAY BEFORE the dinner.
Fri., June 3: Mystery Theater presents Ravenscroft for $8 in the
Ballroom. A wonderful lighthearted mystery comedy. Dinner
before show.
Sun., June 5: Drinking Habits for $12 at Banning Women's Club.
Leave SL at 1 pm. This is a this laugh-out-loud farce. Lunch before
the show at Sizzler.
June 16: Thursday Night Dinner in Clubhouse Restaurant at 5:30
pm. RSVP Margie Callison at 845-7774 by Mon., June 13. Thank
you Margie for taking over this activity.
Sun., June 19: Mary Poppins $58 (or less — plus tax and tip) at the
Candlelight Pavilion in Claremont. Leave SL at 10:15 am.
Thurs., June 23: Movie On Golden Pond for $2 at 2 pm in the South
Clubhouse. This is a movie to ponder and always keep in your heart
about the relationship of growing "old" together. No reservations
necessary. Popcorn, donut holes, coffee and soda. All Sun Lakers
welcome!
June 25: Saturday Luncheon at 11:30 am. RSVP Doris Harrison, at
769-3990 by Tues., June 21.
