2 16 oz. cans of Contadina® Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lg. onion thinly sliced
12 oz. fresh Oriental style vegetable blend
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. can of water chestnuts, sliced

Sweet & Sour Chicken With Vegetables
Sometimes we just
want a flavorful, easy
to make dinner that
tastes the same every
single time. My new
favorite sweet and
sour chicken recipe
does just that. Best
of all, it doesn't
come with breading
around the chicken.
1. Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté chicken with onion 5
minutes per side, or until chicken is done.
2. Add vegetables and sweet & sour sauce.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes
or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
Prep: 5 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
Total Time: 20 min.
Yield: 4 servings
