With all the great entertainment here at Sun Lakes, especially in the lounge on Friday and Saturday nights, we just wanted to throw out a friendly reminder. Please keep in mind that in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, all guests must be accompanied by a resident while participating in any Association community activity. Whether it is at the outdoor pool or in the Lounge, a guest must always have a resident with them. This ensures that the guest is in fact a guest of a resident and not just someone coming in for our great drink specials. If you register at least a week early, we'll be able to save classes that appear to have not met the minimum enrollment. In most cases, we'll also be able to add classes if we exceed the maximum enrollment provided a wait list has been established prior to the first class meeting. Class fees are determined by the number of participants enrolled in each class. For current fees, please contact the class instructor. Due to the number of participants, the class fee may be increased slightly or the class may be canceled. Longevity Sticks Class is alive and well! Come join us Mondays at 10:30 am in the South Clubhouse. It is a combination of exercises (western and eastern sciences) developed to prevent disease and to protect our health. Exercises are simple and broken into 12 movements using a wooden one inch dowel. Movements promote breathing, balance and stretching while standing (and without having to get on the floor). We do two sets per class and are always done by 11:30 am. Please feel free to come by and see if this exercise class may benefit you. We will provide a handout explaining the exercise movements and their benefits. We also have a few extra sticks if you want to try it out. It's always nice to meet and get to know our fellow Sun Lakers. Longevity Stick Class
