We are coming to a close on the age survey requirement for 2016.
Thank you to the residents who have already completed their age
survey form! We are compiling all of the forms that we have received
and will be working on getting a final percentage announced to the
homeowners in the August Lifestyles. If we have not been able to
collect enough forms to meet our requirement that 80 percent of
residents are 55+, we will be contacting residents individually.
For those who have not sent in your form yet, it can be found
in the administration office, the Main Clubhouse reception desk, or
printed from our Sun Lakes website (www.sunlakescc.com). This
piece of paper needs to be filled out for EACH person that lives in
the home and returned to the Main Clubhouse reception desk or
the administration office. If you have any questions please don't
hesitate to call the administration office at 769-6649.
