FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2016 5 By Jeri Mupo, General Manager MANAGER'S REPORT SUMMIT HOURS: We had a number of homeowners request the Summit be opened earlier. The Finance Committee recommended the Board of Directors accommodate these requests. At the July 14 Board meeting, the Board agreed to open the Summit at 7 am to 9 pm daily in August and September. POOL USE: Part of living in Four Seasons at Beaumont is the use of the wonderful amenities. This year we are happy to see that the Lodge pool is being used by our residents and their guests. However, with the increased usage also comes some challenges. I would like to remind our residents of a few of the following pool and spa pool rules: • Residents must sign in their guests at the desk prior to using the facilities. • The hours for guests under the age of 18 is 1 to 4 pm daily. You may not enter the pool area until 1 pm and must exit the area by 4 pm. • Residents are responsible for their guests at all times. This includes supervising their guests under the age of 18 while using the facilities. We have had complaints that there has been some horseplay in the restrooms when the resident is not present. • Incontinent individuals are prohibited from using the pool and spa pool. • Adults only may use the spa pool. Please be a courteous neighbor and follow the pool rules. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time at the pool this summer. INTERIOR RENOVATION COMMITTEE: The Board of Directors dissolved the Interior Renovation Committee. It was determined that further review of required improvements will be completed after Recreation Center 3 is opened and additional homeowners move into the community. Thank you to the committee members for their hard work. DOLLARS & CENTS: At the July 14 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the following expenses: • Installation of bollards and gravel at the Edison Easement entrances: $3,925 • Roundabout pots annual color installation: $1,241 • Ballroom Up Flow Furnace replacement in section 3: $4,560 • Automatic door installation at Lodge exit door: $3,217 • Audio equipment: $1,725 • Community mailbox repairs: $2,720
