August concludes our summer session of great entertainment. Here are a few of the highlights you won't want to miss: "The Four Seasons visits Motown" show, put on by our own residents in the Ballroom on Friday night, Aug. 5 at 6 pm. Everyone is welcome and there is no cost for admission. "National Night Out" is such a great way of showing solidarity with our Beaumont and Banning Law enforcement. There will be guest speakers and a huge community potluck put on by Neighborhood Watch. The date is Wednesday, Aug. 10; the potluck starts at 5:30 pm and the program starts at 6 pm. The Country Western Dinner Dance is coming again on Saturday, Aug. 13! Live band, great dinner and tons fun! The tickets are only $20 at the Lodge desk. The doors open at 4:30 pm and the event starts at 5 pm. Yeeehawww! Piano Night with Sally White on Friday, Aug. 26 at 7 pm. Sally will be leading us in a harmonious sing-along with the addition of a little "Name that Tune" game. Come join us and be amazed at some of the great voices we have in the neighborhood. Magic Show in the Theater will happen on Saturday, Aug. 27. There are two shows to choose from so come on down and sign up for your favorite one. The sign-up board will be out in the Lodge on Monday, Aug. 22. September has typically been a month for new beginnings for school students, but here is your chance to make September a new beginning for you too in the fitness department. Join us on Friday, Sept. 2 for a "Back to Fitness Party." The party starts at 4 pm and will include a demonstration and chance for you to try some of our fitness class routines. This is a great way to sample some classes that you may have wanted to try before committing to a whole class. There will be a Zumba Party at 5 pm. What a great way to get in shape for the holidays!
