32 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | August 2016 | "Walk-Fit" Exercise Club We start Oct. 4 after summer break. We meet in the Aerobics Room on Tuesday evenings beginning at 8 pm. We have plenty of room, targets, and darts. Great social activity for ladies and gents. Light-hearted play or high level competition, come and join us. BYOB but we do have tables and chairs now. Darts Horseshoes We start Oct. 8 after summer break. The new courts are approved and the ground broken! We now have three courts with plenty of room for throwing without waiting for permission. We want everyone back for some fun, great exercise, and to be around wonderful people. Beginners and old pros welcome. Saturday mornings at 8 am. A recent article from My Fitness Pal listed the following reasons "Why Working Out Indoors is Better": Indoors doesn't honk Indoors doesn't rain Indoors means no bug spray, no sunscreen and no silly hats Indoors, daydreaming is encouraged Indoors keeps water nearby Indoor is never dark Indoor is steady terrain Indoor has no stop signs Indoors has no wind (except fans) Indoors is animal free And our closing argument? Two words: AIR CONDITIONING So bring a friend and try our class. There is no cost and no obligation for trying. Just pop in for a few minutes and see if the class meets your needs. The "Walk Fit" Exercise Club offers you three hours a week of easy-to-follow, low impact aerobic activity. You can tailor the class to your own needs and schedule. The full one hour class (three times a week) is a four mile walk, but you can join us for as much as will work for you. You can leave early or arrive later to shorten your walk. If you can only be there one or two days a week, that's okay too. New members are always welcome, both men and women. We meet Mon,. Wed. and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am in the Lodge Ballroom (for the full hour). We are free. For more information contact Karen Tuvim (951) 599- 4236 or Kay Masonbrink (951) 223-3047.
