TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is beginning its fourth year here
at Four Seasons. On Aug. 2 we had an installation of officers and
are excited to see what our new board members have in store for us.
Quite a few of our members have reached their goals and the rest of
us are continuing to work hard in hopes of also reaching our goals.
We have a great group of men and women who are here to provide
encouragement and will make you feel comfortable when you attend
our meetings. Our programs include discussions regarding nutrition,
motivation, health, fitness and other related topics.
TOPS is also very affordable with a yearly membership fee of
$32, which includes a great magazine every two months. There is
also a $3 per month chapter dues. We are now meeting in the RCN
building on Tuesday mornings with weigh-in from 8 to 8:30 am and
the meeting from 8:30 to 9:30 am. You may attend one meeting with
no obligation. You really need to come and see what we are all about.
