| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | SEPTEMBER 2016 | 9 Districts 21, 22 and 23 cordially invite all Sun Lakes ladies and guests to "Autumn Elegance," a luncheon and fashion show, on Oct. 7 in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. Doors open at 10:30 am. The models from the three districts will be featuring fashions from Dress Barn in Moreno Valley. Dress Barn would like to be the Sun Lakes ladies "go-to" place. Manager Diana has some exciting seasonal fashions. Stop by. Don't miss this exciting annual event. Vendors will be available for shopping and a fabulous "surprise spoof " is planned. Take a chance at the 50/50 raffle. Tickets are $25 pp and will be on sale Sept. 21, 22 and 23 in the Main Clubhouse lobby from 10 am to 2 pm each day. Seating will be eight per table. AUTUMN Elegance The party is for any Sun Laker turning 80 in 2016. It will held on the Veranda at the Main Clubhouse Sun., Sept. 25 from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. Several people have responded and we hope to have a big crowd to meet and greet each other and share similar memories. The menu is casual as well as the dress (or dress up - it's your party). There will be several pizza choices, a tossed salad, fruit salad and dessert. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served and a no-host bar will be available. The Radio Flyers are on tap to take us back to the 50s or bring us up to date to 2016 for some extra fun and there will be other diversions to tickle our funny bones. The deadline for your check is Sept. 9. You may invite one guest only at $20 pp and make the check out to Vicki Rawson with a memo note of the celebrant's birthday and mail or drop off to Shirley Duncan (house box provided) at 4871 Oakhurst Ave. Along with your check, please include a high school (or your choice up to two) photo(s) no larger than 4x6. Copies or originals. But don't forget to put your name on back and retrieve them at night's end if you want them back.
