FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2016 5
By Jeri Mupo, General Manager
MANAGER'S REPORT
CROOKED CREEK SPIDER MITES: It has been noted that the
plants in the Crooked Creek circle are in poor health. Unfortunately,
they have become infested with Spider Mites. O'Connell Landscape
Management is working at trying to save the plants and we are all
hoping they get well soon.
COMMUNITY GROWTH: I received notification that we have
closed our first escrow in Phase 147. That means that we now have
1,416 homes built in our community. Way to grow!
MAILBOX REPAIRS: The parcel box locks for all the mailboxes
have been inspected and a list of the needed repairs has been made.
The association has been working with the USPS to complete the
repairs to their specifications. Some repairs have already been made
and we will be receiving the next batch of locks next week. We expect
that all work will be completed by the end of the month. Thank you
to all for your patience.
NEW LODGE ATTENDANTS: We are excited to announce the
addition of Leia Arroyo and Christopher Shields to our team! They
have been hired to fill two of the three vacant Lodge Attendant
positions here at the Lodge.
Please join me in providing a warm Four Seasons welcome.
