| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | October 2016 | 17 Architectural Committee TV DISHES: Many installers will tell you that they can install the Dish anywhere on your roof or fascia boards. No - You can tell them where not to install it. Read the Architectural Guidelines. They cannot be installed on the front of your house or on the side between your gate or side fence and the street. You can't have more than two at one time if both are in use. Any not in use must be removed. P.S. Submit plans for ARC review. Advisory Note: You can tell them where to run the cables even inside the house. Cables cannot run on top of your roof or across the front of your house. If you are getting a new service (different company) request them to remove the old dish before putting up their new dish. DUMPING OF GRAVEL, SAND, OR OTHER BUILDING MATERIALS ON STREETS: If you are having work done on your house or yard which requires materials (such as sand, gravel, dirt or lumber) that must be dumped or placed on the street, you need to get approval from the Management Staff at the Lodge prior to dumping them. If damage occurs to the street you are responsible for the repair.
