Raw Apple Cake
2 C peeled diced apples 1 tsp cinnamon
1 C granulated sugar ½ tsp nutmeg
1 egg ½ tsp salt
½ C chopped nuts 1 tsp soda
1 C flour ¼ C oil
Blend oil, sugar and eggs; mix well. Add diced apples and
remaining dry ingredients. Mix quickly and thoroughly. Place
in oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven about 40
minutes. Cake is moist and requires no icing. Serve with whipped
cream or plain.
Crock Pot Pork Chops
4 bone-in, thick cut pork chops OR one pork tenderloin, cut
in thick slices
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pkg. dry pork chop gravy mix
1 ½ C chicken stock
Place pork chops/cut tenderloin in bottom of crock pot. Mix
remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over
pork. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
