"Walk-Fit" Exercise Club
AIR CONDITIONED EXERCISE! Come beat the heat and get
some great cardio exercise. Bring a friend and try our class. There
is no cost and no obligation for trying. Just pop in for a few minutes
and see if the class meets your needs. The "Walk Fit" Exercise Club
offers you three hours a week of easy-to-follow, low impact aerobic
activity. You can tailor the class to your own needs and schedule.
The full one hour class (three times a week) is a four mile walk, but
you can join us for as much as will work for you. You can leave early
or arrive later to shorten your
walk. If you can only be there
one or two days a week, that's
okay too.
New members are always
welcome, both men and
women. We meet Mon., Wed.
and Fri. from 7:45 to 8:45 am
in the Lodge Ballroom (for the
full hour).
