On Fri., Oct. 7, in the South Clubhouse doors open at 5:30 pm and the price is $15 pp. Again please drop off your checks to Provi at 630 Twin Hills Dr., or call her at 845-1601. September's Greek celebration was an amazing success. Greek food from Paris Kastanas of Huntington Beach and Virginia our spectacularly fantastic Middle Eastern belly dancer. Thank you to all participants! Our Octoberfest will consist of great German food and our entertainers will be Janis Jill Variety Show. As always coffee and water are provided and you are welcome to BYOB. Or be sure to bring your SupaGerman beer. A reminder: get your checks into Provi as soon as you can, just a note as of Sept. 5 we have 83 for dinner. Due to limitations in seating (per fire code), first 100 people to get their checks in will have seats. If you find yourself on the first that your plans have changed, call Jeri at (909) 731-3311 and I may be able to help you find a seat. Paisano Club We meet Oct. 6 and 20 at 1 pm in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. Meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month. Our summer meetings (July, August, and September) are held only on the third Thursday of these months. The club is for persons of all computer skill levels. Each meeting will feature various topics and speakers. Handouts are given out for each presentation so you can take notes. This is a great way to share information and learn some of the ways in becoming an effective computer user. Upcoming topics: Oct. 6: Cyber Security part 1 Oct. 20: Cyber Security part 2 November: Windows 10 December: Party Dec. 1 North Clubhouse Membership dues are $20 dollars per year per household.
