Writers' Club
The meeting is to be held on Oct. 11 and we have a guest speaker
scheduled. As the Breeze goes to press we are looking forward to our
meeting. Several members submitted short pieces and those will
be discussed. A holiday writing contest is being considered and we
would submit entries at the November meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
Yes, we'll be meeting on Election Day! But I promise — we don't
discuss politics, just ideas! Join us and make some new friends. Call

The Singers have been rehearsing our new
music for the December Holiday Shows which will
be the first weekend in December. Whether you
come on Friday or Saturday evening, the show will
be the same.
We are rehearsing some new holiday/winter
songs and some oldies but goodies. Some of our
songs are proving to be quite challenging, but we
are doing quite well considering how close we are
getting to the show. We are sure that Rudolph will
be involved in our sing-a-long, so remember that
this is a family celebration and grandchildren are
always welcome. As we have in the past, we will be
asking for children to help us during the sing-a-
long by helping us ring the jingle bells and other
things.
