58 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2016 TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is here at Four Seasons. We are moving into the holiday season and it is a great time to join TOPS to get you through the season without adding those extra pounds. We have a great group of men and women who are here to provide encouragement and will make you feel comfortable when you attend our meetings. Our programs include discussions regarding nutrition, motivation, health, fitness and other related topics. Quite a few of our members have reached their goals and are enjoying their new lifestyle changes to maintain their weight. When we have new members join, it gives those of us who have been here a while added motivation to GET IT DONE. TOPS is also very affordable, with a yearly membership fee of $32 which includes a great magazine every two months. There is also $3 per month chapter dues. We are back in the Ballroom on Tuesday mornings with weigh-in from 8 to 8:30 am and the meeting from 8:30 to 9:30 am. You may attend one meeting with no obligation. You really need to come and see what we are all about. My favorite time of year! Our last tournament of 2016 was conducted Oct. 19, Doubles; and Oct. 26, Singles, with much anticipation and raised skill levels. Due to Breeze article scheduling, the winners will be named in the December article along with photos of the proud and happy winners. Our October social, dinner at the Bistro, followed by dessert at a member's home was hosted by Gary Christie and Linda Mendelson. Thanks Gary and Linda. The friendly competition, camaraderie, and fun times are endless for this club, so if you're looking for a club like that, come on out and join us. We meet every Wednesday at 8 am at The Summit.
