FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | DECEMBER 2016 41 We had our Phase 10 Tournament and potluck. It was a smash. Everyone had so much fun. The winners were Kris Corbett, 1st place (a new player); Donna Hendzelin, 2nd place; Beverly Lunetta in 3rd place; and her husband Andy Lunetta in 4th; and Robert Howard in 5th. We also had a new member, Brenda, and want to welcome her. We play twice a month on the second Monday of the month at 4 pm and the third Saturday of the month at 3 pm in the Card Room. Join us Dec. 12 and 17 in the Lodge Card Room. No need to know the game as we are constantly training and it takes a full five minutes to learn. Feel free to come watch us play and decide if you want to play. It's so much fun. We are currently playing three to four tables on Mondays and four to five tables on Wednesdays. You get to play with five to seven different players, with different levels of expertize, and this will help you challenge your mind (which we all need at our age) and improve your game, because practice makes us all better. Call me if you are interested in learning the game, want to improve, or relearn the game that you have not played in years. I am not a professional, but I'm glad to work with you (I am free), or I can refer you to the local professional in town (Barbara) if you really want to get serious. You may even be able to "Wow" the grandkids with your new skills… At the December meeting we will talk about "Why Engage in Social Media – Especially when you are over 50?" We will talk about the different types of social media and how to use them to get the information you want. You may even learn new ways to communicate with those grandkids! January's topic will be "Windows 10 Shortcuts to Make Life Easier." February's topic will be "Email Etiquette/Email Protection and Beyond."
