12 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | December 2016 | Access Control Committee Contributed by Ginny Gallagher and Tim Taylor. The Access Control Committee is excited to welcome our newest volunteer member, Chuck Roberts. Residents are now able to register their guests for an access pass at the front gate from their smart phone. All you have to do is log in to dwellingLive and you will get a prompt "Download the app" – click on the link provided. Enter your cell phone number per the example: country code 1, area code, and 7-digit phone number. Click on "send me the app" (if required by your type of phone – make sure your phone is turned on to receive texts); once you receive the text, click on the link provided and log in as you normally do. To register a guest – click on "invite guests" and you will receive the options to: add a contact, select from previous visitors, or select a contact that you already have listed in your contacts in your phone. How simple is that? We would like to inform our residents that while the blog site Next Door can be an excellent forum for communication between residents of Four Seasons and our surrounding neighborhoods in Hemet, it is not the correct forum to expect resolution of problems within our community. Issues communicated on Next Door will not necessarily be resolved, and there is no guarantee that there would be an immediate or any response from the HOA management staff, the appropriate oversight committee, or from the Board of Directors. The correct procedure to follow is to complete a resident communication form with your concern and turn it into the Lodge staff. As an example, there has been conversation about our residents observing vendors speeding throughout our community and their concern for everyone's safety. If you observe a speeder, please complete a resident communication form with as much vital information that you can obtain such as the description of vehicle (make, model, color, business markings, and/or license plate) and driver, with the location, time and date. Submit your completed form to the Lodge staff so that management can make contact with the vendor for follow-up. This would also apply to traffic violations (speeding, running through stop signs etc.) by our own residents, including golf cart drivers.
