This year we will have the Showdown Band joining us in rocking the night away and ringing in 2017. You will start your meal off with some fresh baked rolls and a beautiful fresh mesclun spring mix salad. The main course will consist of a boneless "Kobe" short rib with jumbo prawns over a black-truffle and red wine demi glaze. This will be accented with saffron duchess potatoes and a haricot almondine. You will then finish up with a fabulous crème brulee created just for you by our terrific baker. To top things off, you will also be able to enjoy a champagne toast when the clock strikes 12 if you would like as a bottle will be placed at your table prior to midnight. It's a wonderful, unforgettable evening of dancing and fun that you won't want to miss out on. You can partake in this celebration for only $52 pp. Please remember there is a maximum of 8-10 people per table. On Thurs., Dec. 1, at 5 pm, join the Recreation Department for a holiday kickoff! We will light the decorated District Christmas Trees in the front of the Main Clubhouse. Afterwards, come into the Ballroom for hot cider, hot chocolate, cookies, and holiday entertainment provided by Barbershop Chorus, Tap Dance, Makua Hula Hawaiian Dance, Precision Stardust Dancers, International Dancers and a special performance from Spectrum Dance Studio in Beaumont. We will even be lucky enough to get a surprise visit from good old Saint Nick himself. So make sure you stop by to get your picture taken with him and let him know what you want for Christmas.
