The Operations Department has contracted to add golf
cart parking at the Bocce Ball Court area and repair and
renovate the existing golf cart parking at the North
Clubhouse.
Construction will begin at the Bocce Ball
Courts on Nov. 28, to begin the removal of the
dirt for grading. The contractor has anticipated
this to take one week to complete.
Once the Bocce Ball Court area has been prepped,
the repairs and renovations for the North Clubhouse
golf cart parking will begin. Construction for both areas
of golf cart parking will be between Dec. 5 and 12 (weather
permitting).
Please note that both of the areas under construction
will NOT have golf cart, auto or pedestrian access,
until the project is completed. Signage will be
posted for detours.

North Clubhouse & Bocce Ball/Golf Cart Parking Reconstruction
The Master Board is looking for Sun Lakes residents, who have had a career in the solar
industry, that would like to be a part of a small "research group." The Master Board would
like to use this research group as a resource for questions pertaining to this topic, as the
Association has been interested in finding ways to lower the utilities for the long term and
feels that solar panels might be something to look into further. If you are interested, please
call Tami Morgan at 769-6645 to put your name on the interest list. The Board will set a
meeting, the date is still to be determined.
