Operating money market and CDs totaled $1,666,592. Total Liabilities were $275,406 and Total Equity of $1,919,717. Net income for the month is $2535 and year-to-date net income $98,936. Front yard cost center expenses were over budget by $10,802 and Springdale cost center expenses were under budget by $272. Five vendor proposals were reviewed with four recommended for board approval. Four homeowners and Board Liaison, Claudeen Diaz, were present. Noel Myers and Georgia Coleman presented final review of vendor contracts to be forwarded to the Board for evaluation. Our next regular scheduled meeting will be Jan. 31 at 1 pm. All homeowners are invited to attend. ~ Don Fant Finance Committee We met with a contractor regarding the Ballroom floor. Installation of the wood flooring will begin mid-January. The carpet will be installed approximately 1st of February. We are waiting for the Lodge Committee to address balance of Lodge flooring. A contractor is scheduled to reconstruct the Bocce ball court this month. We are looking into the Springdale gazebos replacement. We are undecided how to proceed and are looking to repair possibilities and/or removal. The lights between Lodge and Spa building are still on back order. A vendor has been selected and forwarded to finance for reupholstery of the 55 chairs in Game Room and Library. We are meeting with D.O.G. group Jan. 1 to talk about a dog park. The contract has been signed for TV single device operation on Nov. 14 and we are currently trying to expedite installation. I am asking those with handicapped stickers who do not require the use of canes, walkers, or other devices to please leave the parking on the east side of the Lodge for those who do require aid. It has come to my attention that individuals are using these spaces and getting out of the cars with tennis racquets and gym bags. Please leave these spots for those that really need them. We have two openings on our Committee and are looking for residents with past experience in construction, design, facility maintenance, engineering, or related fields. If interested please submit application to main office. ~ Bill Guy Facilities Committee
