The Four Seasons at Beaumont Rainbow Group meets in alternate months for casual dinners. This will allow our LGBT neighbors and friends to socialize, update each other on what we have been up to and discuss social issues. Our next dinner will be on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 6 pm. Let's gather at Smitty's, order whatever dinner items you wish and have dinner in the adjacent Conference Room. We meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the Theater. We listen to and watch musical selections on the big screen. Each month we focus on a particular work or several selections of one composer. We also discuss current musical performances in the area. We welcome new members. We are going to surprise you with four wines, two reds and two whites, chosen by four committee members of the Taste d' Vine Wine Club. This is sure to be an interesting and fun evening of wine tasting, with each wine aficionado vying for the Gold Medal winning wine. Ballroom construction will be in progress during the month of January, so we will be changing this month's meeting date to the fourth Thursday, Jan. 26, 6 pm in the Ballroom. We will be back to our regular meeting date, the third Thursday of the month, beginning with our February meeting. Please bring an appetizer such as bread or crackers and cheese, your own favorite bottle of wine if you wish, and a glass or two for tasting and sharing. See you Jan. 26! We hope one of your New Year resolutions for this year will be to come to our next meeting and see what we are planning for 2017. We would love to have new members who would bring new ideas and suggestions to help us achieve our goal of being a vital part of this community.
